Improving the transparency of your non-financial disclosures
Obtaining external assurance demonstrates a commitment by providing stakeholders with confidence in the quality of externally reported non-financial discloses. Assurance of data can also assist companies in embedding good reporting practices and driving internal performance improvements.
With increasing investor, stakeholder and regulatory pressures to disclose non-financial, businesses must ensure that the disclosures they publish are reliable and transparent in order to maintain their credibility in the market. There are both internal and external benefits of seeking assurance which are based on building trust and confidence at the governance and management level and between stakeholder relations.
