Hamish Were

Hamish is an Associate Director in our Infrastructure and Debt Advisory team. He supports clients across a variety of matters including capital raising, options analysis, refinancing, capital raising, debt restructuring, and procurement. Hamish works extensively with both public and private sector clients to develop and apply new and innovative financing solutions to support growth and meet organisational goals. Hamish builds long-term relationships with clients and is committed to delivering outcomes that create value for management and shareholders alike.

Prior to joining KPMG, Hamish worked for a large institutional bank in London where he was responsible for originating, structuring, and executing various corporate, institutional and project finance transactions (including bilateral, club and syndicated loans) across the UK and EMEA. He brings a wealth of experience working across a number of industries, with expertise in the infrastructure, transport, and energy sectors.
