Rachael has more than 15 years as a risk and insurance professional. She specialises in enterprise risk management associated with governance, strategy, performance and assurance functions for a holistic and integrated risk environment.
Rachael brings a wide mix of commercial and technical skills to provide insights for organisations to increase the likelihood of achieving their strategic objectives and outperforming their competitors. She is practically focused, using effective risk management to identify both the obstacles and opportunities that can be leveraged.
Having practical experience as a Risk Manager, Rachael is very passionate about risk governance and assisting Boards and Senior Leadership Teams understand and discharge their respective roles and responsibilities. By utilising behavioural drivers, Rachael is able to provide a holistic view of an organisation’s risk culture and focus on recommendations to lift risk engagement, improve the health of the organisation and achieve the strategic objectives more consistently.
Outside of work, Rachael enjoys working hands-on with her husband on their small beef farm and learning more about regenerative farming practices to rehabilitate the land and environment to its best potential for future generations to come.
