Nisha McGowan (Blanchard)

Nisha is a Partner in our corporate tax practice and co-leads KPMG’s Tax Deal Advisory practice. Nisha has been with KPMG’s tax team for 17 years and specialises in providing tax advice and tax deal advisory services (including buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence and structuring advice) to New Zealand based clients, large multinational groups, and private equity houses.

Nisha has broad experience advising both listed and unlisted New Zealand property groups, as well as large privately owned, listed and multinational groups in the consumer markets, tourism, and education sectors.
