While David can assist in most aspects of a transaction, areas that he predominantly focuses on include:
- Financial due diligence; understanding the numbers and bringing a commercial approach.
- Independent business reviews on behalf of both lenders and business owners, as well as developing and working through turnaround plans.
- Negotiating the financial aspects of sale and purchase agreements for both buyers and sellers (including completion mechanisms, working capital/asset targets etc).
His experience spans a range of sectors, predominantly in New Zealand, and he has worked with a number of leading trade and private equity clients.
