Ilze is a Director in KPMG’s Advisory practice. With over 25 years of policy, regulatory, and strategy experience, she specialises in infrastructure development, water sector reform and sustainable development. Most recently, Ilze was Head of Major Developments at Watercare Services Limited where she led key relationships with residential and commercial developers across Auckland. In this role, she advised on infrastructure requirements and outcomes to support Auckland’s growth and unlock complex problems to achieve win-win outcomes for both customers and the provider. Prior to working in Auckland’s water utility, Ilze worked across Asia, Africa and Latin America advising on water sector reform, utility restructuring, and economic regulation.
