As a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, many organizations have switched to working from home. Not all of the available digital assets perform well in this home-working situation. How to improve the performance of these assets?
For those of us usually working in open-plan offices, Social Distancing has become another term for Working from Home. The speed with which the COVID-19 virus spreads has increased the number of working from home employees tremendously. To our surprise we see that, despite the increased network congestion and changed way of use, most digital assets work flawlessly with acceptable performance.
But in some cases, assets become slow, unreliable and are irritating the users. Certainly if the bad performance also might hurt in other areas, it is time to request the assistance of KPMG's Digital Bottleneck Response team.
