As part of this strategy KAS BANK and KPMG collaborated to implement and embed Robotic Process Automation as a means to further improve the quality and seamlessness of its end-to-end core processes. The industry insights of KAS BANK specialists combined with KPMG's experience in building RPA Centers of Excellence resulted in the robotization of 30+ operational processes across the Operations, Finance and Commercial departments within the first year.
KPMG developed the 6x6 RPA Implementation Framework which helps organization's with the:
1) adoption of RPA in the organizational vision and strategy,
2) effective implementation of RPA across the organization.
This framework consists of 6 levers, each consisting of 6 subjects constituting a structured RPA implementation and operating model. Part of the framework are the RPA vision (e.g. organizational vision, business drivers) and RPA strategy (e.g. sourcing strategy, digital stack, end-to-end optimization approach) which continuously drive evaluation of the levers. The levers act as a framework to help design the proper implementation approach and operating model.

A proper design of the organizational structure and roles, and the governance to support it, is critical for an effective adoption.
2. Process Delivery and Deployment
Process delivery and deployment is about setting up demand mechanisms, both bottom-up and top-down, and putting in place clear process analysis, selection, delivery, maintain and value management mechanisms.
Some key practical subjects to consider as part of the implementation are the preparation of the technical infrastructure, setting up application servers, configuring robotic runtime resources and database configuration to support test and production environments. In addition, formation of the digital strategy with fit-for-purpose technology is the key driver for sustained success.

5. Performance & Risk Management
It is important to measure and visualize the benefits that are being realized. If implemented properly RPA can increase control and add to compliance possibilities.
