Kuldip Singh

Kuldip Singh (1973) is a member of the supervisory board since March 2022. He is a business economist, holds two post-graduate degrees (CMA and CFM) and graduated from Harvard Business School.

He has built extensive experience in digital business transformation as a director at Innogy Retail (until mid-2022) and E.ON Group. Previously, he was COO at Sanoma Digital and CEO and CFO of Gruner + Jahr India.

Singh is also chair of the supervisory board at Kyndryl Nederland B.V. In addition, he is a member of the supervisory board at Tennet Holding B.V. and at ROM InWest. He is also vice-chair of the supervisory board at InnoSportLab Sport en Beweeg and is also a lecturer at Governance University.
