Boye is Partner and Lead for Digital Transformation at KPMG in Nigeria and Co-Lead for Africa. He is responsible for driving KPMG’s Digital and Fintech agenda across the continent and is the convener of the KPMG Digital Summit. He is the author of “FinTech in Nigeria” and “Leading through Digital” publications.
He has served as engagement partner on technology & digital transformation projects across various countries including Digital Strategy projects for banks; Omni-Channel Strategy & Implementation program spanning mobile, Internet, ATM and Card Management System (CMS); API & ESB Solution Sourcing, Architecture and Implementation; and several cloud based enterprise systems implementation such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. His focus is helping to shape the FinTech agenda for banks, insurers and regulators. This includes redefining business models to harness opportunities that digital presents; articulating operating frameworks for sourcing & building digital innovation capabilities including collaboration with innovation labs, accelerators, etc; aligning technology investments with digital priorities; and implementation of emerging technology solutions.
He chairs the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) sub-committee on Fintech Regulation and is represented on the Blockchain Committee of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). Boye is a mentor at Africa FinTech Foundry (AFF), International Enterprise (IE) Singapore and Village Capital. He is featured by CNBC, Project Management Institute (PMI) and various media houses on the subject; and is a speaker at local and international conferences.
