CEOs reprioritise in the wake of Covid-19
Since the outbreak of Covid-19, priorities and concerns of chief executive officers (CEOs) have shifted as they continue to assess the long-term impact of the pandemic. Talent risk, which was the least of concerns at the start of the year, is now seen as the main threat to companies’ long-term growth.
Digital transformation and the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factor are also top priorities of CEOs, according to a July/August survey by KPMG. This is the second survey since January for its 2020 Global CEO Outlook.
