The ability to achieve agility in what is now a continuous process of transformation and innovation is fast defining success for organizations, and maintaining trust in the age of the customer is becoming a differentiator for those able to act and demonstrate an understanding of their consumer’s concerns.

In an attempt to understand the gap in perceptions about cybersecurity between consumers and the organizations that serve them, KPMG conducted the KPMG Consumer Loss Barometer Report, finding that the continuous evolution of digital transformation is outstripping the pace of cybersecurity in organizations. As a result, we’re witnessing a fundamental disconnect between consumer expectations and concerns, and the ability of organizations to meet those expectations.
