The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has caused an unprecedented global crisis which not only impacts the public’s health but also businesses across the globe. Yet, through the Malaysian Government’s unrelenting efforts to combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, Malaysia has seen a significant decrease in daily new COVID-19 cases and we are thankfully now in the Recovery Phase.

As Malaysia begins to relax its COVID-19 restrictions in a controlled manner where most businesses are allowed to resume operations under the Recovery Movement Control Order, our honorable Prime Minister has announced the National Economic Recovery Plan (PENJANA) on 5 June 2020 as part of the initiatives to support businesses and drive the nation’s economic growth through this Recovery Phase.

To guide you through this challenging time, KPMG is organising a webinar session that will delve into the tax-related measures introduced in the recently announced National Economic Recovery Plan. You would be able to gain insights on the recent tax-related measures such as incentives and exemptions which may potentially benefit your business.

This webinar is complimentary, with limited slots available. Kindly peruse the details below, and register online using the links provided.
