Tax Obligations of an Employer (Advanced Level)

10 January 2019, 8:30AM - 5:30PM, MYT

Having an in depth understanding of the tax obligations of an employer is essential due to the increasing stringent tax laws and tax audits carried out by the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board (“MIRB”).  In our advanced workshop, the employer tax obligations will cover Monthly Tax Deductions (“MTD”), Form EA, Form E and employee share options.  A case study will be discussed and practical examples examined to stimulate learning.

It is important for experienced HR personnel or personnel tasked with payroll matters to understand and appreciate in detail the recent tax developments to be able to discharge appropriately the employer’s tax obligations.

Our two incumbent speakers will cover the compliance of employer’s obligations on a high level basis and share practical experience.

Location

One World Hotel, Bandar Utama

Fees

RM1,060 (inclusive of 6% SST) per participant. (10% discount is given for registration of two or more participants and KPMG Alumni members)
