Abdullah is a Partner in the Audit Division of KPMG Malaysia and has been with KPMG since 1988 with over 27 years of experience in servicing clients in various services industry including large multinationals. Abdullah advises clients in the industries of banking and finance, construction and property development, plantation, hotel and hospitality, manufacturing, industrial products, trading, investment holding companies, oil and gas. He has been involved in MFRS and FRS conversion engagements of public listed companies, besides reviews of prospective financial information for purposes of IPOs, rights issues and bond issues. He leads the KPMG Audit Committee Institute (ACI) Malaysia in his role as the Chairman and is a frequent media commentator on audit committee matters.
