By retaining close contact with the tax authorities and participating in various tax committees, our professionals are on top of tax developments and contribute to the structuring and drafting of fiscal legislation. Andre' Zarb our Head of Tax has advised Government on the amendments required for Malta’s tax system to be compliant with the EU law as well as assisted the in the legislative drafting of, amongst others, Malta’s extended tax refund system and participation exemption.
