We champion in delivering a specialized talent search process to attract a representative pool of candidates who would be invaluable contenders for each vacancy presented to us by the Client.
We profile candidates assessing their personal competencies, whilst discussing and evaluating with them their career ambitions and motivations. The aim here would be to not only make a technical match with the vacant role, but also ensure that the personality profile of the Selected Candidate/s would be as suitable as possible to work within the contextual realities of the organisation.
We recommend our suggested candidate(s) in a presentation which will highlight details we would have discussed with the candidate(s) throughout our Profiling process. We apply the Client’s feedback to assess whether we are in line with the expectations the Client has for the roles, or whether we should recalibrate our search.
Once meetings are scheduled by our assigned Senior Manager with the suggested candidate(s), after contacting the candidate(s), provide the Client with any feedback gathered throughout the process, and subsequent to all interviews held. The aim here is to anticipate and eliminate any opportunity for constraints.
Participation in discussions relating to conditions of employment (including remuneration) and mentoring the candidate during the offer acceptance and resignation process.
