This is a reminder to businesses who wish to apply for the COVID-19 wage supplement for May to do so by the end of this week. Although no particular deadline for submission is set on Malta Enterprise’s website, it is stated that ‘Applications submitted as from 4 May 2020 shall cover the period between 27 April to 29 May 2020.’ Such a reminder does not apply to those businesses who had applied for the COVID wage supplement in March/April and had their application accepted. Applications are accessible and are open to businesses operating in sectors listed in Annex A and Annex B published by Malta Enterprise.
