KPMG People and Change Advisory Services is conducting a national research project which will lead to the development and publication of an Occupational Handbook (CT 3001/2017).
This research aims to collect, through qualitative and quantitative research, occupational-related information that will be accessible online and will initially contain 300 occupational sheets within 25 sectors in the Maltese labour market. Collated information aims to provide well-researched job-specific information detailing requisites in terms of job description, qualifications and skill-set requirements that will serve the purpose of guiding job seekers, students, local employers and HR professionals in their respective career aspirations. It will also serve the dual purpose of addressing the skills shortages in the labour market.
