Ryan Mizzi

Ryan joined the firm in 2011 and has extensive experience cutting across a number of advisory service offerings including vendor and buy-side assistance within the context of both local and foreign transactions. Ryan assists clients with their funding strategies including via capital markets and has led numerous valuation assignments covering various industries. Ryan has also led sizable strategy engagements involving multi-disciplinary workstreams. Among varied streams, his role often sees him supporting client management teams in sustaining the pace of a transformation journey. During his years with the firm, Ryan has held interim stints in senior and C-suite roles for clients, worked overseas including in Europe, Middle East, North Africa, and for several months with the KPMG’s Silicon Valley and Philadelphia offices. His client portfolio ranges from listed corporates, start-ups and diversified family businesses.
