Eva is an Assistant Manager within the People & Change Advisory team, with 6 years experience in talent management, succession planning, performance management, strategic workforce planning, people analytics, talent development, recruitment and employer branding. She formed part of psychological research project teams in Slovakia and Armenia and has extensive experience with creating surveys, validation of psychological tests, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and delivering courses in psychology to university students. Eva received her PhD degree in General and Experimental Psychology at the Institute of Psychology, University of Presov in Slovakia, is certified in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and also has a Talent Management Masterclass Certification. Eva is the author of more than 20 psychological articles published in scientific and psychological journals. She developed and delivered more than 180 soft skills training for students, university staff, specialists, senior managers, project managers, internal trainers and career counsellors in Slovakia, Malta and Armenia. Eva also has experience with coaching and mentoring and she led HR projects in Vienna and the UK. Eva received the Young Talent Award in Lecturer of the year 2017 in Slovakia for her innovative way of leading soft skills training, HR Talent Award 2018 in Slovakia for leading HR strategic projects and Award of Rector of University of Presov in Slovakia. She looks for strengths more than weakness and believes in constant development of people´s potential.
