Ema Marie Attard is a Manager within the People and Change Advisory practice in KPMG Malta. Ema’s work has mainly focused on supporting organizations (in a variety of industries) in translating their business objectives and strategies into people strategies. She has been involved in: the provision of talent management consultancy services to numerous organizations, the development of an organization's Mission, Vision, and Set of Values, the creation of core competencies, salary benchmarking, and the delivery of training. Ema has delivered numerous soft skill training programs to a variety of organizations and levels of seniority, covering a range of topics. Prior to joining KPMG, Ema was a management executive at P5+ Management. She was responsible for search, selection, recruitment services, career advisory, training and development, performance management and organizational restructuring.
