Role and Responsibilities:

The role calls for a motivated and talented HCM consultant with experience in HRIS to form part of our Product Engineering team.

The Dynamics 365 HR Functional Consultant will:

  • Set up and configure HR-modules like Organization Administration, Onboard, Personnel Management, Learning, Employee Development, Compensation, Leave and absence, etc.
  • Map out and offer the necessary assistance to implementation project teams in data migrations.
  • Provides or is able to support fellow consultants in delivering product overview sessions.
  • Has experience in the end-to-end implementation projects of D365 HR.
  • Supports onsite engagement teams in the vision and validate process.
  • Support the product team to comprehend business problems, develop solutions & implement through in-platform configuration.
  • Ensure quality product delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing.
  • Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level, Masters preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 certifications.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services / consulting firm.
  • Exposure to presales activities would be an added value.
  • Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong analytical acumen.
  • Understanding of the processes involved to integrate with 3rd party payroll and other HR related systems.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience on operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams is an added asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Power Platform is considered an asset.
  •  Prepared to travel as required.
