Tax Compliance

KPMG’s tax compliance process is designed to help ensure:

Global Mobility Services - GMS 

KPMG's GMS practice helps organisations to manage their globally mobile workforce and respond to the challenges and opportunities created by cross-border operations. As an international firm, we support more than 60,000 mobile employees/assignees in 800 organisations. 

In Mongolia, our team provides a single source of advisory and compliance experience covering all aspects of global mobility and international assignments. Our services range from the operation of monthly shadow payroll and completion of annual tax returns, to immigration assistance. 


Payroll Management

KPMG has a well established Payroll Management process, operating the end to end payroll process for a number of clients, from the collection of payroll data and preparation of monthly payslip, to the final submission with the tax and social health insurance authorities.  Our objective for Payroll Management is to provide a streamlined process which reduces the associated administration burden, improves the accuracy and ensures timely compliance.  



Our team has established an efficient process for ensuring that visas are issued in a timely manner whilst minimizing the administrative burden for employers, and the stress for employees.  As well as ordinary “B” and working “HG” visa applications, they also have experience assisting investors and accompanying families.
