In February 2020, KPMG in North Macedonia welcomed its clients to the traditional KPMG’s Annual Business Seminar in Skopje. More than 130 clients came to hear from our Audit, Tax and Legal professionals about the latest changes in financial reporting, taxation and corporate legislation, with a separate session dedicated to Transfer Pricing.
Katerina Mitevska, Assistant Manager gave an overview of the latest changes in the tax regulation. Igor Mitevski, Senior Manager further elaborated on the impact of these changes on the financial reporting. Additionally Marko Najdenovski, Lawyer shared useful information about the expected amendments in the Labor and Personal Data Protection legislation.
The second session was specially dedicated to Transfer Pricing. Marina Ruben, Assistant Manager elaborated on the developments of the transfer pricing legislation, as well as the practical aspects of the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
The seminar topics prompted significant interest in the audience and made the forum a valuable knowledge building experience.
Srdjan Randjelovic, Partner, Audit and Advisory in KPMG in North Macedonia closed the seminar and invited the clients to a cocktail for more informal discussions on topics that concern the business community in the country.
