Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyse and verify financial records
  • Participate in stock takes
  • Assist and learn from more experienced Auditors in the execution of a high-quality audit for variety of clients in different industries
  • Learn, understand and apply KPMG's Audit Methodology while preparing clear and well-structured audit documentation
  • Develop expertise and knowledge of a variety of clients and markets
  • Collaborate with engagement teams and client representatives

Can you say YES to this?

Education and experience

  • You have a university degree or are a final year student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or Business Administration
  • Experience in accounting will be considered an advantage

Technical skills

  • You have a basic knowledge in financial accounting
  • You are proficient in MS Office, in particular MS Excel
  • You are fluent in Latvian and English, both written and verbal

Personal attributes

  • You are accurate and willing to learn, and pay attention to details
  • You are a self-motivated and pro-active person with good communication skills, a ‘team player‘
  • You are interested in self-development and professional learning, and acquiring a solid foundation in Finance
