As Management Consultants, we advise our clients in their digital transformation journeys from strategy and design to change management and value realization. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with top executives and we always seek digital, innovative, and sustainable solutions to our clients’ business challenges. 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in projects in the field of transformation capabilities for complex situations (e.g. corporate/department-transformation needs, digitalization and technology driven change, system implementations, integrations and separations, outsourcing, project/program management in finance, IT, procurement and operations)
  • Focus on improving and developing processes with IT systems, using the platforms SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow as your working tools
  • Participate in projects and engagements that are executed across country borders and other divisions of KPMG.
  • Leverage data and technology to assist senior team members in providing innovative solutions to client’s challenges
  • Contribute to engagement team to integrate client’s strategy, process, people, and technology
  • Connect with KPMG Global network people whose purpose and values align with yours, think bigger and go further
  • Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior members of the team

Education and experience

  • You have a university degree or are a final year student, preferably in Business Administration, IT, and/or engineering
  • International experience, previous work experience as well as other engagements and achievements will be considered as advantage

Technical skills

  • You have the ability to understand the big picture, articulate technical challenges and solutions, research, learn, and experiment with software tools, technologies, and hardware
  • You are able to do analytical work with large amounts of data, carry out research and write descriptive reports 
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are a proficient IT user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • You have an understanding on interaction of IT technology 

Personal attributes

  • You have the ability to be aware of your strengths, are open to feedback and willing to learn new skills and acquire new capabilities
  • You are client-oriented and enthusiastic about working in a project based environment 
  • You pay attention to details, while seeing `the big picture`, and are able to work within tight deadlines in a demanding and competitive environment
  • You have a high sense of responsibility, strong time management, critical thinking and prioritization skills
  • You are a self-motivated and pro-active person who demonstrates good communication skills, as well as are supportive `team player`
