Internal IT Solutions Implementation Specialist

Internal IT Solutions Implementation Project Manager in KPMG in Latvia will seek out challenges, take hands on approach to improving IT solutions by executing small scale IT initiatives from external vendors, cloud based office software add-ons and in-house finetune of existing systems.

Role & Responsibilities

  • In cooperation with business colleagues, identify possible and most feasible IT improvements to help achieve internal digitalisation in KPMG and support long-term growth of the company
  • Evaluate IT solution alternatives to create a cohesive, well-integrated IT and software infrastructure
  • Manage IT solution or improvement projects with external vendors, perform solution configuration and maintenance where possible
  • Ensure IT solution quality assurance and testing, support business during user acceptance testing, arrange or lead user trainings, provide user support

Experience and technical skills

  • You have experience in IT project management (incl. stakeholder involvement and management), software integration or process digitalization
  • You have experience in applying project management tools
  • You are able to effectively communicate with users, business process owners and IT implementation specialists
  • You have acquired IT system analysis skills and experience
  • Experience in implementing (or working with) CRM, HR, ERP and/or other internal systems or integrations will be considered an advantage
  • Competencies in setting up Microsoft 365 tools would be considered an advantage
  • You are able to communicate fluently in Latvian and English, both written and verbal
