The Data & Analytics and Intelligent Automation Manager / Senior Manager in KPMG Latvia will seek out challenges, demonstrate and share practical experience and technical knowledge in advanced analytics, process automation and other digital tools, as well as possess powerful communication and team management skills

• Develop D&A and Intelligent Automation service line in Latvia based on experience and KPMG service offerings
• Build strong relationships with key clients around the topics of D&A and Intelligent Automation projects and perform pro-active sales and business development activities
• Carry out selling activities for Advisory digital tools developed by KPMG in other countries
• Lead the team and assume ownership and accountability for D&A and Intelligent Automation projects

• You strongly believe, backed by your experience, in the value of data to organisations and how it can improve the competitive agility of business
• Knowledge of sophisticated analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R, Python, Alteryx, SQL, HiveQL) and/or visualization platforms (such as Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI or JavaScript) will be considered an advantage
• You are emotionally intelligent and possess strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytics-driven findings, as well as able to explain business processes, concepts, challenges, and issues
• Experience with implementation of advanced analytics or other digital solutions will be considered an advantage
