• You have at least 2 years’ experience in M&A, business and financial analysis, due diligence, valuations or another deal advisory discipline
• You are interested in Corporate Finance, M&A and transactions, and are able to do analytical work, carry out research and write descriptive reports
• You are a self-motivated and pro-active person who demonstrates good communication skills and is a ‘team player’
• You are able to work within tight deadlines in a demanding and competitive environment
• You have a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Law
• You are a proficient IT user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• You are fluent in Latvian and English, both written and verbal
