New Partners

Today, KPMG Luxembourg announces seven promotions to partner level. Bobbi Jean Breboneria, Laurent de la Vaissiere, Stefan Kraiker, Stephan Lego-Deiber, Karan Ramphul, Rachel Redlinger and Quentin Warscotte took on their new role in the firm on 1 October 2020.

In addition to the seven new partners, this year’s leadership nominations also include seven promotions to associate partner: Raluca Carp Hengy, Alexandre Jozwicki, Cedric Juillard, Bertrand Levy, Gerard McCaul, Gaultier Saussine and Florent Thill.

David Capocci, KPMG Luxembourg’s Managing Partner, commented:

I am proud to see these outstanding individuals achieve this major step in their career—recognition of their continuous drive for excellence and commitment to being the clear choice for their clients. They represent a diversity of thought, talent and background while sharing one common trait: client-centricity. Their collective goal to always find ways to be better tomorrow will be instrumental in helping our clients navigate not only these uncertain times, but beyond the here and now.

Promotions in 2020 and caring for our clients

In line with the firm’s strong people culture, this year saw a total of 383 people promoted.

Capocci explained how the firm is powered by its people:

Our clients tell us that our people’s level of technical expertise is unrivalled, and only by investing in this area can we continue to offer excellence. Our people are the connection we have with clients, and we’re committed to supporting their development, and helping them progress in the most attractive firm in Luxembourg. Such healthy figures for promotions show that our people have adopted a growth mindset and look for ways to improve every day. I’d like to congratulate each individual for their role in our collective progression as a firm.
