Belgium - FSMA communicate its indexed regulatory fees for 2021

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) communicated its regulatory fees for registration and maintenance of foreign UCITS and AIFs in Belgium, applying the 2021 index.

Please see hereafter a table summarizing the updated fees (in euro), in comparison with 2020:

(1) Public undertakings for collective investment in debt claims under Belgian and foreign law pay a contribution equal to 0.02 EUR per thousand of the total value of their assets under management on 31 December of the previous year.

The FSMA normally issues its invoices in December.
