CBA 2018

The People and Change team supported the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL) in defining the new classification and remuneration model of the CBA.

Each bank will have to perform a job grading exercise in order to position their functions in the 4 new groups, before the effective date, 1 January 2020.

KPMG has developed a four step approach to ensure a smooth deployment:

  • Review /adapt job descriptions
  • Perform job grading
  • Monitor communication
  • Adapt remuneration

KPMG supports clients by proposing customised services and offering a fully adaptable package.
A dedicated team of experts with in-depth knowledge of the new CBA methodology will support banking institutions in this journey.
