The Magazine examines the economics underlying customer experience, or CX, before delving into the various subsectors to explore how bright minds have engineered incredible CXs. Asset management will never be the same. Insurance is hardly recognisable anymore. Banking is downright futuristic. Finally, it breaks apart customer-centrism to find out what’s inside it: onboarding, digital labour, regulation, and more.
In compiling these insights we reached out to many stakeholders, listened to lots of industry stories, interviewed several experts, and discovered some exciting young companies. In the process we got all jazzed up about the age of fintech and we hope this energy comes through in the Magazine. The KPMG Hub for Entrepreneurship and Innovation or Khube, comprises a team of enthusiastic experts in entrepreneurship, finance, and CX. We play a role in Luxembourg’s ecosystem by providing advice, fostering connections, and sharing knowledge. We organise speed-dating events between corporates and startups, attend all the tech conferences we can, and co-host the Fintech Awards Luxembourg.
