KPMG's Global Cyber Day Initiative

To mark KPMG Luxembourg’s inaugural participation in KPMG’s Global Cyber Day Initiative, we are proud to organize a cyber-awareness training session for students aged 12-15 at the International School of Luxembourg (ISL) on 6 November 2019.

As the world around us becomes more digitalized, KPMG’s cyber-awareness training aims to educate youth on the importance of cybersecurity. We will tackle the significant and specific risks that students are exposed to when accessing computers and engaging in activity online, including:

  1. How to protect their identity.
  2. How to safely use their devices.
  3. How to safely interact on social media and other platforms connected to the internet.

The training takes place on 6 November from 4:30pm to 7:00pm. Details are as follows:

Age range: 12–15.

Capacity: 50 students.

Open to all.

Refreshments will be available.

  • 4:30pm to 5:00pm: registration at the upper school reception/security.
  • 5:00pm to 5:25pm: refreshments served in open area and transition to large presentation room.
  • 5:25pm to 5:40pm: KPMG partner opening remarks and transition to breakout sessions in smaller rooms.
