Nicolas Fedenko is a Partner in KPMG Luxembourg’s Management and Regulatory Consulting practice. He has over 14 years’ experience in banking transformation projects across France, Luxembourg, Belgium and Switzerland. Nicolas has successfully shaped and delivered large and complex strategic projects, as well as designing and implementing optimized processes and operating models. He is also experienced in selecting and implementing new (core) banking systems and analyzing and executing outsourcing projects for IT and operations. Nicolas is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Prince2 Foundation certified.
