We are inclusive

At KPMG, we believe that education and lifelong learning are crucial for building strong communities and economies and for promoting diversity.

Education and lifelong learning are crucial for building strong communities.

We are inclusive

With over 60 nationalities, diversity is who we are and what drives the way we continually better serve our clients and community.

We cultivate a sense of belonging for all and do not operate on biases against gender identity and expression, sex, race and ethnic background, disability, religion, beliefs, or age. KPMG Luxembourg works hard to foster an inclusive culture. Being inclusive enables us to bring together successful teams with the broadest range of skills, experiences and perspectives.

Our leadership and management teams also need to reflect the diversity within our firm and the diversity of our clients. We believe that the established KPMG Global Inclusion and Diversity strategy provides the framework to drive the actions that are necessary to promote inclusive leadership at KPMG Luxembourg and across all KPMG member firms.

Most recently, we held our annual Diversity Summit exclusively for staff with employees hosting from all functions and backgrounds sharing their personal experiences and tips on inclusion in the firm and community.

We commit ourselves to bringing awareness to the topics of Inclusion and Diversity by being a signatory of the Luxembourg Diversity Charter, UN Global Compact and consistently progressing the I&D agenda through the KPMG Global Inclusion and Diversity maturity model tool.

We have dedicated working groups for Inclusion and Diversity within the firm and work to empower female leadership and marginalized groups. Most recently, sending representatives to attend the Women of the Future Summit in London and sponsoring the first ever TEDx Luxembourg City Women event in December where we engaged the public on the challenges facing women when pursuing their career goals. KPMG also hosts a virtual Pride conference for employees and supports donations to local organizations who work for LGBTQ rights.
