Povilas heads KPMG’s Deal Advisory team in Lithuania, which he established in 2006. He has been involved in a wide range of Transaction Services work on local and cross-border deals with numerous companies in the Baltics and other countries. Also works on fraud investigation and dispute advisory projects (including expert witness role in cases involving accounting issues or quantification of damages, including business valuations) in Lithuania.
