Bilal joined KPMG Lebanon after having worked for over 15 years in audit and advisory.
He started his professional career in 2003 working through different finance and advisory functions at multinational firms and then joined Deloitte Beirut office in 2004. In 2012, he relocated to Deloitte Doha office where he became an audit partner.
During his tenure, Bilal has been heavily involved in the growth of the audit function from both leadership and technical perspectives as well as being a training facilitator in various related fields. Also, Bilal has worked on various international engagements between Europe and the U.S.A where he was exposed to different industries,
complex transactions and other advisory services. He is specialized in Banking, Real Estate, Construction, Non-for profit organizations and other industries. He has an active role in leading audit engagements and ensuring seamless relationships with clients.
Throughout his career, Bilal has contributed to different social activities. He has volunteered as a facilitator in Injaz Al Arab, acted as a judge and guest speaker at different events especially at Universities. In addition, he has wrote different articles related to the contracting business and changes in the accounting and auditing standards.
Bilal holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Lebanese American University (LAU) as well as a CPA and CIA.
