Prior to joining KPMG in 2006 Vassily has been working in Russian consulting companies for more than 10 years, rendering advisory services to large enterprises focusing on Energy sector. In KPMG Vassily primarily works with the clients that specialize in Energy and natural resources. In 2011, Vassily was appointed Partner in Deal Advisory, and since 2014 he acts as Head of Power&Utilities group in Russia and the CIS. Service of high quality and professional approach established Vassily’s excellent reputation in the advisory market in Russia and the CIS. His clients include major fuel-and-energy enterprises from the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia and Azebaijan. Services of Vassily’s focus vary from full-scope transaction assistance during M&A process to development of financial models, business plans and feasibility studies. Being a well-known industrial expert, Vassily is often invited to participate in Russian as well as international conferences, seminars and on TV. Moreover, he is also engaged in preparation and delivery of industry-specific workshops, among others, for various regulatory and government bodies and ministries.
