Rustem works with a wide range of domestic and foreign clients. His areas of specialization include corporate and indirect taxes, tax planning and inbound investment. He provides advice on tax stabilization under subsoil use contracts, tax treaty administration and transfer pricing issues, as well as issues related to the contracts on avoidance of double taxation and transfer pricing issues.
