General Administration of Customs issued The Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of the Origin of Imported Goods under the Special Preferential Tariff Treatment to the Least Developed Countries (GAC Decree No. 231) on March 3rd 2017. GAC Decree No.231 represents the new requirements of China Customs on administration of special preferential tariff treatment.
