This report throws light on the digital revolution in India, how established businesses need to adapt to the changing paradigm, how start-ups are making effective use of digital technology to disrupt their industries and strengths and capabilities of Tamil Nadu in the space of digital technology. The report also provides recommendations to the State Govt. with regards to the start-up ecosystem.
