Sam Story

He is the Head of Infrastructure and co-Head of M&A for member firms across the Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Bermuda and the Crown Dependencies. He has more than 16 years’ experience in advisory, financial planning and analysis and growing successful start-up businesses in the telecoms and construction industries in the UK.

Sam has a wealth of experience in valuations, raising finance, due diligence, divestments and acquisitions, sitting on both sides of the table as client and advisor. He has produced strategies and due diligence reports; led economic impact studies and feasibility studies; acted as a financial advisor to the public sector on major national infrastructure projects; undertaken valuations across various industries and for different purposes; and provided sell-side assistance to owner-managers looking to divest of their businesses.
