Roxanne is a Senior Manager in our People and Change team in KPMG in the Cayman Islands.

Roxanne brings extensive experience in Human Resources and Organization Development from Australia, the United Kingdom and South Africa. Roxanne has over 15 years’ experience in building and managing organization development and learning & development functions in global firms. Roxanne’s career has spanned a number of industries, including consulting, banking, transport and construction.

Roxanne's expertise is in leadership development, talent management, learning & development, employee engagement and behavioral change management.

Looking specifically at learning & development, her experience includes the development of learning & development operating models, governance, learning policies, training needs assessments, curriculum design, course design and the measurement of training effectiveness.

Roxanne is a seasoned training facilitator, and has experience in training people to become excellent facilitators. She has led a number of leadership development programs involving psychometric assessments, 360 assessments, executive coaching and the associated leadership development training.
