KPMG in the Cayman Islands

Catherine is a Partner in the Cayman alternative investments tax practice, with a focus on U.S. taxation of investment partnerships and foreign corporations, specifically, private equity and hedge funds.

Catherine has been with KPMG in the Cayman Islands since 2009 focusing on alternative investments. Prior to joining KPMG in the Cayman Islands, she was with KPMG LLP in the audit practice.


Catherine has worked extensively in the area of US taxation and compliance for Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Passive Foreign Investment Companies and FATCA. She has a strong knowledge and technical experience with US taxation of investment products, complex partnership allocations and the structuring of hedge and private equity funds.
