KPMG in the Cayman Islands offers scholarships to qualified Caymanian students who have attained stong academic achievement and wish to complete an undergraduate degree, locally or overseas. Students should possess an interest in pursuing a career in accounting, finance or accounting information systems in the Cayman Islands.
Local scholarship programs
We will provide financial assistance to attend the University College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI) or the International College of the Cayman Islands (ICCI). Sponsorship includes standard tuition, student fees and books as reqiured. All payments are made directly to UCCI or ICCI at the beginning of each term.
Overseas scholarship program
We will provide financial assistance of up to US$30,000, up to a maximum of five years. This is to be used towards standard tuition, student fees, books and room board as required.

The Novelette A. Ebanks Inspirational Scholarship is awarded to a Caymanian student who displays strong academic achievements, a commitment to serving others in the community or at school, robust work ethic and leadership qualities. The scholarship was created in loving memory of KPMG Partner and inspirational mentor to local students, Novelette A. Ebanks.
Applicants should possess an interest in an undergraduate degree, locally or overseas, with intentions of a career in accounting, finance, actuarial science or accounting information systems in the Cayman Islands. We will provide financial assistance of up to US$50,000 per year, up to a maximim of five years, to be used towards standard tuition, student fees, books, supplies and accomodation as required.
KPMG in the Cayman Islands was proud to award the first ever Novelette A. Ebanks Inspirational Scholarship to Rochel Gardener in 2015. In May 2019, she graduated with her Bachelor’s in Accounting and Business Analytics from Indiana University.
Rochel obtained excellent grades throughout her studies and continued to further her education by completing her Masters in Accounting this spring. As a member of the Women’s Varsity Basketball Club and the Undergraduate Business Diversity Council, Rochel has seized many opportunities at University, enhancing both her academic and sporting abilities.
During the summers, Rochel worked within the Audit team at KPMG in the Cayman Islands gaining further experience based on her career aspirations. She is now a full-time employee with the firm upon completing her Masters Degree.
