Ace the Case is an opportunity for bachelor and masters students to gain real-world experience. Global business professionals deliver this free, two-day workshop that helps you advance your analytical, case writing and presentation skills.


You’ll also learn how KPMG member firms develop innovative solutions to client’s complex problems. Build your resume, gain valuable experience and get one step closer to achieving your academic and professional goals.


Ace the Case Objectives

Ace the Case is designed to give student an opportunity to: 

  • Develop their business case writing skills
  • Develop their analytical capabilities 
  • Develop their presentation skills  
  • Obtain knowledge on the local KPMG member firm
  • Opportunity to interact and converse with senior management and KPMG partnership.

Together, these assist our students in achieving both their academic and professional goals.

Training and Participation

KPMG Partners/Directors and various staff members provide their support for this fantastic yet challenging workshop by judging presentations and assisting in selecting a team of four to travel to an international destination and represent KPMG in the Cayman Islands.

How to Apply?

If you are interested in applying for ace the case and potentially qualify for KICC, please ensure you meet the following criteria and send an email to with the following documentation:

  • Must be a current Bachelors or Masters degree student
  • 3.5 cumulative grade point average
  • Include a copy of your CV, Reference Letter, and Transcript
  • Short essay on why KPMG's Ace the Case and KICC program appeals to you
  • Must be a Caymanian or Status Holder (submit proof of immigration status)

Submission Deadline : Please submit all applications no later than Monday, September 30th for a chance to qualify for KICC 2017.
