Nitin has worked on several transactions across the oil & gas, education, food & beverage, healthcare and e-commerce sectors. He specializes in large, cross-border transactions, advising businesses on their strategic options, exits and acquisitions, and supporting his clients throughout planning and execution, pre-deal and post-deal. Most of his deals have involved helping clients sell their businesses across the GCC region.
Having worked extensively on commercial valuations since moving to KPMG Deal Advisory in 2008, he also has experience of a full range of complex commercial valuations for both public and private companies in the context of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fund valuations, restructuring, fairness opinions, and accounting valuations. Nitin has extensive experience in providing valuation advisory services to clients across a variety of sectors including oil & gas services, education, food & beverage, retail, technology, manufacturing and healthcare sectors.
Nitin has also worked on debt advisory engagements and advised clients in respect of their financing requirements, including options analysis, refinancing, finance raisings, debt restructuring and debt for equity swaps.
