삼정KPMG 감사위원회 지원센터(ACI)는 2017년 1월부터 매 분기마다 ‘감사위원회 저널’을 발간하고 있습니다. 본 저널은 감사위원회와 감사를 아우르는 감사기구 및 이사회 관련 사안에 대해 제도적·실무적 현황과 이슈를 파악하고, 해법을 논의하는 장을 제공합니다.
「감사위원회 저널」 제21호에서는 FY2021 감사 의견 및 내부회계관리제도 감사(검토) 의견변형을 분석한 ‘FY2021 상장법인 감사보고서 검토 결과 및 시사점’을 통해 감사님과 감사위원님께서 참고할 수 있는 시사점을 제공하고자 하였습니다.
